We are excited to announce new members to our team to help prepare FOREVERCARE for 2019.

We have several positions open and have filled a few Key Positions for us in the health plan:

Care Coordinator Director – Sherri McCourtney, RN
Sherri has been a practicing nurse, instructor, and clinical leader for acute care and behavioral health in Arkansas for over 20 years. Her firsthand experience in the unique member needs in Arkansas combined with her leadership will help guide our Care Coordinators in the local communities we serve. Sherri will gradually assume some oversight responsibilities and over the next few weeks all supervisors will report into Sherri.

COO - Mike Easterday
Mike has joined Forevercare as Interim Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Easterday has nearly 20 years in Medicaid managed care and operations. He was recently CEO at Aetna Better Health of Nevada and was VP Business Development of Medicaid for Aetna and United Healthcare. His worked has included projects such as Dual Demonstrations, Behavioral Health Homes, and Long Term Services and Supports. As an attorney, he has experience in law, health policy and compliance. Mike will run all operational aspects of our contract delivery with DHS with Call Center, Claims, Policy, and Community Outreach under his leadership.

Psychologist - Dr. Carolyn Morris
Dr. Morris has over 30 years’ experience in fully integrated behavioral and physical health delivery systems in NM and AZ. Her practice proven results with interventions for SMI populations will be key as we look to support community based information sharing in Arkansas. Her detailed understanding of Key BH assessments actions, utilization management, care management, therapeutic services, Domestic Violence and SUD thought leadership will ensure a member first team approach. In addition her experience in Behavioral Health Homes that integrate with primary care will ensure DHS program delivery and member quality outcomes thus reducing MLR through experienced QIPs.

VP, Network Contracting - Jeff Allen
Jeff has over 20 years’ experience building and operationalizing networks for managed care. Jeff has extensive experience in operations and network and will play a key role as we lead into readiness and go live 1/1/19.
